I've personally experience gut imbalance and pain for most of my life. Through various healing modalities, I've found more ease and have realized that some significant contributions to my pain have been emotional issues and birth trauma. I have released some of this and continue to release it through breathwork and mindfulness, abdominal massage, and finding my own sense of home, worthiness, direction and clarity within myself, connected to the great Divine.
Besides my personal experience from receiving sessions from a wide array of professionals, my formal training in abdominal health includes de-armoring with Aaron Michael, using deep, listening touch and vocalizing; polarity therapy, craniosacral therapy and awareness of the birth imprint from John and Anna Chitty at the Colorado School of Energy Studies; and abdominal and womb massage from Naomi Love of the Wise Womb Medicine Path, which included some techniques of Mayan Abdominal Massage.
